After 06:30pm on Monday and Wednesday, reception is only open for patients with booked appointments with the doctor.
If you require to speak to a doctor this can either be pre-booked if routine appointment is required or if it is urgent for the same day please contact the surgery before 10:30. The doctors have asked the trained receptionists for a brief description of the problem so that we can ensure you are dealt with by the correct member of staff and so the doctor has an idea of the problem before they ring to speak to you.
Extended access
In the Stourbridge, Wollescote and Lye area practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments. If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours.
Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
